Nagaland, which stretches across a remote area in the northwest of Myanmar and northeast of India, celebrates its New Year during mid-January. What impressed me most of the festival were the people. Here are portraits of some of the people I had the privilege to photograph. Amazing people indeed. Every face has a story – if I just knew each story from start to end!
